FlowClip Pro subscriptions purchased on Windows are sold through Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as our Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing, billing, tax collection, and returns. Anything you pay is processed through Paddle, and your contract for these purchases is with Paddle.
This page summarises our refund approach. Where local consumer protection laws or this Policy provide you with additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of rights always applies. Nothing in this Policy limits your mandatory rights under applicable law, including Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions, which govern the refund relationship between you and Paddle.
Depending on where you live, local consumer protection laws may give you a statutory right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. Paddle applies the highest standard of protection for each region:
The right to withdraw applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a subscription. It does not apply to subsequent subscription payments, except that UK annual subscribers receive a new 14-day window each time their subscription auto-renews for another year. It typically does not apply once you have begun downloading, installing, or using the product if you expressly consented to immediate access at checkout.
We want you to be happy with FlowClip Pro. On top of any statutory rights, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with FlowClip Pro for any reason, you can request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, no explanation required.
Because FlowClip Pro is processed by Paddle, refunds issued under this guarantee are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. If you receive a refund, access to FlowClip Pro ends immediately.
You can cancel your FlowClip Pro subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation stops automatic renewal on your next billing date. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds generally will not be issued where:
All refund requests made outside the guarantee period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Paddle, which may approve a full refund, a partial refund, or decline the request.
If you were charged sales tax (including VAT, GST, or similar) and are registered for that tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the tax amount. Contact Paddle promptly after the transaction and provide a valid tax registration number or exemption certificate.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all FlowClip Pro purchases on Windows, all refund requests are handled by Paddle:
Please include your Paddle order number and the email address used at purchase when requesting a refund, so it can be processed quickly.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Paddle or us directly first — most issues can be resolved quickly without a chargeback. If you raise a chargeback with your bank or card provider, Paddle handles this process on your behalf and may contact you for information. Your lawful right to dispute a charge under applicable card-scheme or consumer protection rules is not affected.
